Conditions I Support
Supporting skin, gut, hormone, energy, and autoimmune health through personalised nutritional therapy.
You may feel like your symptoms are disconnected. Skin flare-ups, bloating, fatigue, hormone changes, poor sleep, and low energy can often stem from deeper imbalances within the body. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I take a personalised, root-cause informed approach to help uncover what may be contributing to them and support your health through realistic nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Skin Conditions:
Acne
Psoriasis
Eczema
Rosacea
Dermatitis
Hives
Skin microbiome & barrier support
The skin often reflects what’s happening internally. Gut health, inflammation, stress, blood sugar balance, and nutrient status can all influence skin health.
Hormone & Perimenopause Support:
PMS, PMDD
Irregular cycles
Perimenopause
Energy fluctuations
Mood changes
Sleep disruption
Blood sugar balance
Hormonal changes can affect everything from energy and mood to sleep, skin, digestion, and weight. Supporting blood sugar balance, stress resilience, nutrient status, and nervous system health can help create better hormonal balance during PMS, perimenopause, and beyond.
Autoimmune & Inflammatory Conditions:
Psoriasis
Rheumatoid arthritis
Hashimoto’s
Lupus
Coeliac disease
Alopecia areata
Autoimmune conditions often involve chronic inflammation, immune dysregulation, stress, and gut health imbalances. Nutritional therapy can help support overall wellbeing, resilience, and symptom management alongside appropriate medical care.
Gut & Digestive Health:
Bloating
IBS symptoms
Food sensitivities
Irregular digestion
Gut microbiome support
Inflammatory bowel conditions
Digestive symptoms can be closely connected to overall health and wellbeing. Imbalances within the gut microbiome, stress, inflammation, food sensitivities, and digestive function may contribute to bloating, discomfort, skin flare-ups, low energy, and changes in mood, energy, or immune resilience.
Energy, Stress & Nervous System Support
Fatigue
Burnout
Sleep support
Stress resilience
Blood sugar balance
Nervous system regulation
Low mood
Anxiety support
Persistent fatigue and feeling overwhelmed are often signs that the body is under strain. Stress, poor sleep, blood sugar imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and nervous system dysregulation can all impact energy, focus, mood, and overall resilience.

My Approach
I take a personalised approach to nutritional therapy, focusing on realistic and sustainable changes that support long-term health and wellbeing.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all plan, I consider factors such as gut health, stress, hormones, sleep, inflammation, and lifestyle to help you better understand and support your health.

My Personal Experience with Psoriasis
Having experienced guttate psoriasis myself, I understand how frustrating and overwhelming chronic symptoms can feel. My own experience sparked a deeper interest in the connection between nutrition, gut health, stress, inflammation, and skin health.
